Rum Eggnog Bundt Cake

Ingredients:


1 package yellow cake mix -- (2 layer size)

1/2 cup sliced almonds

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons rum or

1 tablespoons rum extract

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups eggnog

1/4 cup margarine -- melted
 

Preparation / Directions:


Grease bundt pan well. Press almonds on the bottom of the pan. Mix all other ingredients well for five minutes. Pour into the bundt pan. Bake at 350 F oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then invert onto a plate.
