Holiday Orange Eggnog

8 ounces refrigerated egg substitute
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups cold milk
1 cup oranges juice
1/2 cup rum -- bourbon or brandy (or any combination)
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt -- softened
1/4 teaspoon fresh grated orange peel
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation / Directions:

In large bowl, combine egg substitute, sugar and spices; whisk well to dissolve sugar. Whisk in milk, orange juice, liquor and yogurt. (If made ahead and chilled, whisk well before serving.) Garnish each serving with a little fresh grated orange peel and pinch of nutmeg. Makes about 6 cups or 12 ( 1/2 cup) servings.
