Eggnog Sauce

Ingredients:

3/4 Ounces Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 Cups Milk
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 tablespoons Dark Rum
 

Preparation / Directions:

Place pudding mix in a 2-quart saucepan and gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thick. Stir in nutmeg and remove from heat. Cool to lukewarm. Place cream in bowl. Attach bowl and wire whip. turn to speed 8 and whip until stiff. Reduce to speed 2 and add pudding and rum, mixing just until blended. Serve warm.
