Ingredients:


1 large egg -- beaten

1 tablespoons sugar or honey

1 dash salt

3/4 cup cold milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

1 dash nutmeg
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine egg with sugar and salt; add milk and vanilla. Serve cold in tall glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Variation: For a fluffy eggnog, separate egg, beat yolk as above, then fold in stuffly beaten white.
