Hot Espresso Eggnog

Ingredients:


1 package 1-step white angel food cake mix

3 cups dairy eggnog or canned eggnog

2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee powder

1/4 cup coffee liqueur

2 tablespoons bourbon

1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cook and stir eggnog and espresso powder in a medium saucepan over medium heat till smooth. Stir in liqueur and bourbon. Pour into cups. Serve warm, sprinkled with cinnamon.
