Ingredients:


1 large egg

3/4 cup milk

2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon unsalted butter
 

Preparation / Directions:


combine eggs and milk-mix well sift together dry ingredients stir dry ingredients into egg mixture add melted butter-mix well drop by spoonsful into simmering stock simmer for 8-10 minutes cover and simmer for another 8-10 minutes serve hot
