Duck Breast sauté with peppercorn sauce
 

Ingredients:

2 medium whole duck breasts
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon oil
1 package Peppercorn sauce
 

Preparation / Directions:

Heat cast iron skillet to medium. place butter in skillet with one tbls oil Add duck breasts skin side down. Sear duck breasts, turn; cook aproximately five to seven minutes per side. Duck should be cooked to medium rare. Prepare peppercorn sauce according to pkg. directions. Place sliced duck breast on serving platter pour over peppercorn sauce to serve.
