Herbed Shrimp Dunk

Ingredients:


2 sprigs fresh parsley

1 sprig fresh dill

10 pieces fresh blades of chives

3 pieces peppercorns

1 cup diced cooked shrimp

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup dry sherry

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon paprika
 

Preparation / Directions:


In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely chopped; add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Chill. Garnish with additional coarsely cut chives. Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp. Makes about 1 3/4 cup.
