Benihana Salad Dressing and Dip

Ingredients:


1/4 cup onion -- chopped

1/4 cup peanut oil

2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon ginger root; chopped

1 tablespoon celery -- chopped

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons tomato paste

1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 dash salt and pepper
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost smooth.
