Avocado Crab Dip

Ingredients:


2 medium avocados ripe

1 medium lemon -- juice of

1 pound fresh or frozen crabmeat

2 tablespoons chili sauce

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sour cream

2 tablespoons chopped scallion

1 tablespoon capers

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper -- to taste

1 package tortilla chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture. Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
