Hot Crab Dip Cob

200 grams philadelphia cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sour cream
200 grams crab meat -- tinned
2 tablespoons mixed herbs
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce -- optional
1 medium Onion -- finely chopped
1 loaf cob loaf

Preparation / Directions:

Cut top off cob and reserve as lid. Scoop out bread from middle. Mix all ingredients. Put in cob and top with lid. Wrap tightly in foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours on 200C. Remove from oven and take off lid. Grill under griller to brown.
