Hot Crab Dip Cob |

Ingredients:
200 grams philadelphia cream cheese -- softened |
1/2 cup sour cream |
200 grams crab meat -- tinned |
2 tablespoons mixed herbs |
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce -- optional |
1 medium Onion -- finely chopped |
1 loaf cob loaf |

Preparation / Directions:
Cut top off cob and reserve as lid. Scoop out bread from middle.
Mix all ingredients.
Put in cob and top with lid.
Wrap tightly in foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours on 200C.
Remove from oven and take off lid. Grill under griller to brown.
