Creamy Pepper Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

1/3 cup hot pepper rings -- chopped

1 tablespoon liquid from hot pepper rings

2 tablespoons fine chopped onions

2 tablespoons jelly -- apple or orange *

2 tablespoons celery -- finely chopped

2 tablespoons sweet pepper -- chopped fine

1/4 cup hot pepper rings -- (garnish)
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a medium bowl, stir in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. Garnish with pepper rings. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
