Ingredients:


12 ounces Cottage cheese -- low fat creamy

32 Ounces Kidney beans -- drained

1 package Chili seasoning mix or to taste

1 package Dippers: raw vegetables or tortilla chips
 

Preparation / Directions:


Process cottage cheese, beans and seasoning mix in blender or food processor until fairly smooth. Serve with dippers.
