Blender Cheese Mint Dip

1/4 cup milk or water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
6 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 1/4 ounces roquefort or blue cheese
1 clove garlic
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried mint leaves

Preparation / Directions:

In blender container, combine water and cottage cheese. Cover; blend at high speed 4 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, blend until smooth-about 10 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers, chips or vegetables. Makes 2 cups.
