Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

1 packages cream cheese (3 oz.) -- softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons catsup
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
8 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients, beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in bacon; serve with assorted crackers.
