The Best Cranberry Salsa

This recipe is a snap to prepare and absolutely delicious. It is fantastic on its own with chips, or served over cream cheese with crackers.


1 package Fresh Cranberries
1 medium Granny Smith apple
1/2 medium Red Pepper
1/2 medium Red Onion
3/4 cup Sugar or Splenda
1/4 cup Apple Juice
2 medium Jalapenos
2 Tablespoon Cilantro, finely crushed

Preparation / Directions:

Remove all stems from cranberries, jalapeƱos, and red pepper. Chop cranberries, apple, red pepper, red onion, and jalapeƱos in food processor. Add apple juice, sugar, and cilantro and mix well.
