Warm Crab Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

1 tablespoon 1% low-fat milk

6 1/2 ounces crabmeat -- picked over

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 dash pepper

1/3 cup slivered almonds
 

Preparation / Directions:


Mix all ingredients together by hand or with mixer. Put into shallow dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup slivered or sliced almonds. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes, until bubbly and almonds are golden brown.
