Tangy Garbanzo Dip

Ingredients:


15 ounces garbanzo -- beans, drained and rinsed

2 medium scallions -- chopped

3 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1/2 teaspoon honey

1 dash or two Tabasco
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy.
