Spinach Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:


10 ounces chopped frozen spinach thaw/squeeze dry

1 pint sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

2 medium scallions -- chopped

1 cup water chestnuts -- chopped

1 package Knorr vegetable soup -- dry
 

Preparation / Directions:


I always serve this in that wonderful Hawaiian Bread. Its best to let it set for about 2 hours before serving.
