Shrimp Dip Delight

Ingredients:


1 pound shrimp -- raw

8 ounces cream cheese

2 cups green onion -- chopped fine

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup celery -- chopped
 

Preparation / Directions:


Boil, peel and devein shrimp. Chop finely and set aside. In a bowl, blend cream cheese with onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, salt, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise. Fold in chopped shrimp and refrigerate overnight.
