Pineapple Fruit Dip

Ingredients:


1/2 cup sugar

1 large egg -- beaten

2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

1 cup pineapple juice

8 ounces cool whip lite or regular, -- thawed
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a medium saucepan cook sugar, egg, flour, and juice over medium heat until thick and it begins to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fold in Cool Whip and chill for several hours. Serve with fruit for dipping.
