Ingredients:
32 ounces refried beans |
1 pound lean ground beef |
1 package taco seasoning mix |
3/4 cup water |
1 1/2 cups lettuce -- , shredded |
2 cups cheddar cheese -- shredded |
1 jar Old El Paso chunky salsa |

1 cup sour cream |
1 cup guacamole |
1 can black olives -- , sliced |
1 package tortilla chips |

Preparation / Directions:
Spread refried beans on bottom of 14" serving platter.
Brown ground beef in skillet on medium heat; drain. Add taco seasoning mix and water.
Cook and stir on medium heat 10-15 minutes. Spread over refried beans.
Arrange layers of lettuce, salsa and cheese on top of meat.
Garnish with desired toppings. Serve with tortilla chips.
Makes 14-16 appetizer servings.
