Hot Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:


2 pounds cream cheese

8 ounces shrimp -- 150 - 200 count, raw

1/2 cup yellow onion -- finely chopped

1/2 cup tomato -- finely chopped

1/4 cup jalapeno peppers -- finely chopped

1 tablespoon garlic juice
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients and heat in a bain-marie (hot bath or double boiler) for 1 hour. Best served with large dipping Fritos. Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
