2 medium avocados ripe
2 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
1/4 cup green taco sauce
12 pinches Lawrys Seasoned salt

Preparation / Directions:

Slice the avocados in half lengthwise and twist to remove the two halves. Remove the pit by whacking it with a chef's knife and twisting. Peel the avocado or use a spoon to scoop the avocado into a galss bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork. Add the green taco sauce, the lime or lemon juice and the seasoned salt and mix with a fork. Cover and refrigerate for no more than an hour or so before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or crudités. Notes: I like the Haas avocados best, but the Fuerte or Bacon are good also. I use La Victoria brand green taco sauce
