Fruit Kebabs With Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:


3/4 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon seedless grapes

1 cup pineapple cubes

3/4 cup strawberries

1 medium orange -- peeled and -- sectioned

1/2 cup fresh blueberries
 

Preparation / Directions:


To prepare fruit dip, put yogurt, confectioner's sugar and lemon juice in a small mixing bowl. Blend ingredients with a mixing spoon until mixture is smooth. Chill until serving time. Pierce fruit onto wooden skewers, alternating types of fruit for a colorful mix. Spoon dip into a serving platter bowl and place at center of serving platter, then arrange skewers around bowl
