Ingredients:
1 medium carrot -- finely chopped |
1/3 cup peeled and chopped cucumber |
1/3 cup chopped zucchini |
2 medium green onions -- minced |
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened |
1/2 cup sour cream |
2 cloves fresh garlic -- minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dill weed |
3 drops Tabasco |

Preparation / Directions:
Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate.
Good served with wheat crackers.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
