Fresh Garlic Vegetable Dip

Ingredients:

1 medium carrot -- finely chopped
1/3 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
1/3 cup chopped zucchini
2 medium green onions -- minced
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cloves fresh garlic -- minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
3 drops Tabasco
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Good served with wheat crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
