Fresh Fruit Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

1/2 cup lemon yogurt -- low-fat

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup flaked coconut -- toasted

3 tablespoons milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


In a small mixer bowl, beat together the cream cheese, lemon yogurt, honey and vanilla until smooth. Stir in coconut and milk. Turn into a serving bowl. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until cold. Serve with slices of fresh fruit.
