Creamy Guacamole

1 1/2 cups peeled and cubed avocado
1 cup nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup coarsely chopped onion
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped jalapeno pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt -- , or to taste

Preparation / Directions:

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add avocado and the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Spoon into a bowl; cover and chill. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
