Chipped Beef Dip

Ingredients:


8 ounces cream cheese -- at room temperature

2 tablespoons milk

2 1/2 ounces chipped beef -- finely chopped

2 tablespoons minced onion

1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

1 pound chips or crackers
 

Preparation / Directions:


Preheat oven 350F. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in chipped beef, onion, green pepper, pepper and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into a small baking dish and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes in a 350F oven. Serve hot with chips or crackers.
