Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

1/4 pound blue -- Roquefort or gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
 

Preparation / Directions:

ds Hot pepper sauce, to taste In a small bowl, mash the blue cheese, leaving some small lumps, Whisk in the mayonnaise until blended. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
