Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients:


1 large egg

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 dash salt

1 dash pepper

1 cup olive oil

4 tablespoons blue cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:


Blend all items except the oil and cheese in a food processor. With food processor running, slowly add the oil. Add cheese and blend until smooth. Serve with chips or hot chicken wings.
