Basic Artichoke Dip (And Variations)

Ingredients:

16 ounces artichoke hearts -- , drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
 

Preparation / Directions:

Combine ingredients, mixing well. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes. Vary recipe by adding any of the following: 1 can of crab meat Worcestershire sauce garlic powder juice of two lemons crushed red pepper flakes 1 can of chopped green chiles 1 can of chopped ripe olives marinated artichoke hearts
