Ingredients:


1 pound bacon

2 large ripe tomatoes -- diced

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise
 

Preparation / Directions:


Fry the bacon very crisp. When cool, crumble into small pieces. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add bacon and mix well. Just before serving, fold in the tomatoes and stir gently until well distributed.
