Smoked Cream Cheese

1 pound fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup tomato juice
1 tablespoon garlic puree
1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce

Preparation / Directions:

Cut cream cheese to a thickness of 3/4-inch. Place onto a heatproof serving platter. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well. Spoon over cream cheese. Place onto a sheet of foil, as far away from coals as possible. Cover and smoke for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature, with assorted crackers to the side
