Tofu Onion Dip

Ingredients:

1 pound tofu
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package onion soup mix
2 tablespoons sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:

Blend all except soup mix until smooth. Stir in soup mix by hand to other mixture. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
