Velveeta Salsa Dip

Ingredients:

1 pound velveeta pasteurized process cheese -- spread, cubed
1 jar salsa
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
 

Preparation / Directions:

In saucepan, stir Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread and salsa over low heat until Velveeta Pasteurized Process Spread is melted. Stir in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips or broiled green, red or yellow bell pepper wedges, if desired. Microwave: Microwave process cheese spread and salsa in 1 1/2-quart microwave- safe bowl on HIGH 5 minutes or until cheese spread is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Serve as directed. Variations: Substitute 1 can tomatoes, chopped, drained, for salsa. Substitute Velveeta Mexican Pasteurized Processed Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper, cubed.
