South Of The Border Dip

Ingredients:


1/2 cup chopped onion

2 tablespoons parkay margarine

1 pound velveeta mexican pasteurized process cheese spread with jalapeno pepper -- cubed

16 ounces tomatoes chopped and drained
 

Preparation / Directions:


Saute onions in margarine. Add remaining ingredients; stir until process cheese spread is melted. Serve hot with tortilla chips. 3 cups. Microwave: Microwave onions and margarine in 1 1/2 quart casserole or bowl on high 2 minutes or until onions are tender. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Microwave on medium (50%) 9 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring every 3 minutes Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: 10 minutes
