1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/3 cup water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Preparation / Directions:

combine marmalade, soy, garlic powder, and ginger in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir to a boil combine cornstarch and water-mix well add to saucepan, heat and stir until thickened remove from heat stir in lemon juice-mix well serve at room temperature
