Mint Coriander Dip

Ingredients:


13 ounces Plain yogurt

2 tablespoons Cold water

1 tablespoons Finely chopped onion

13 teaspoon Finely chopped fresh ginger

2 medium Finely chopped green chilis

1 teaspoon Kosher salt

34 teaspoon Sugar

14 pieces Packed fresh mint leaves

34 pieces Packed coriander (cilantro)
 

Preparation / Directions:


Put all the ingredients in the container of a food processor or electric blender, and blend until finely pureed and reduced to a creamy sauce. Check for salt, and pour into a small bowl. Cover and chill thoroughly before serving.
