Jalapeno and Pecan Dip

2 cloves peeled garlic
1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded (more/less)
1 tablespoon parmesan
1/3 cup pecan pieces
1 cup drained sweet roasted or pimento peppers
1/3 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation / Directions:

Place garlic and jalapeno pepper in food processor or mill and puree. Add pecans, pimento peppers, olive oil and salt and process until mixture is smooth. Mix in parmesan, if desired. Serve warm.
