Ingredients:


16 ounces small curd cottage cheese -- (16 oz)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 teaspoon Granulated garlic to taste

1 clove garlic crushed
 

Preparation / Directions:


Cream the cottage cheese and cream cheese together. And garlic to taste, but remember the longer the garlic is in the dip the stronger the garlic taste. So, go a little lighter on the flavor when making it than you really want it. Again, serve with chips or crackers. The kids really, really like this one!!!
