Fritos Baked Southwestern Dip

Ingredients:

---CRUST---
2 cups crushed fritos brand chili cheese flavored or original corn chips
1/4 cup melted butter
---mix together and press into bottom of 9 inch buttered spring-form pan. bake 10 minutes at 325.
---FILLING---
24 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese -- (put through food processor until smooth)
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 large eggs -- beaten
1 can diced green chili peppers -- (4 oz.)
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon tabasco brand pepper sauce
---topping
1 can fritos brand jalapeno cheddar cheese dip
1 cup sour cream
1 package fritos king size corn chips
 

Preparation / Directions:

Mix cream cheese until smooth, add cottage cheese, eggs and cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in pan with crust 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Topping: Mix together - spread on top. Bake 15 minutes more. Chill at least 3 hours. Remove from pan. Garnish with diced green onions, tomatoes and sliced black olives. Serve with FRITOSĀ® King Size Corn Chips.
