Cucumber Dill Dip 1

1 package cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup chopped cucumber (about 1 medium) peeled -- seeded and finely
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation / Directions:

1) In medium bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. 2) Stir in remaining ingredients. 3) Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Tip: Garnish with fresh dill and red pepper strips for a colourful presentation. Serving Suggestion: Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.
