Caramel Fruit Dip

3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese -- softened

Preparation / Directions:

Mix ingredients together in a food processor, blender or with a mixer. Make sure to blend the cream cheese. Refrigerate until needed. This can be made a couple days ahead of time. Serve with fresh fruit, strawberries, apples, pears. pineapple, oranges even melons.
