Red Beet Salad

Ingredients:


16 ounces beets julienned, reserve juice

1/4 teaspoon caraway seeds

1 teaspoon horseradish -- red (mild) or white -- (strong)

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon sugar
 

Preparation / Directions:


Combine all ingredients, mix lightly, cover, and chill for 2 hours. Drain off the liquid before serving. Serving size: 1/2 cup
