Maple Creams

Ingredients:


1 Cup maple sugar or syrup

1/2 Tablespoon butter

1/2 Cup milk
 

Preparation / Directions:


Place all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stiirring frequently, until a drop in cold water will form a soft ball. Remove from heat and beat until creamy. Pour in buttered pan. When cool, cut into squares.
