Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients:

---FOR THE CRUST:
2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine -- melted
---FOR THE FILLING:
4 large eggs
1 cup sugar
32 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 ounces chocolate chips
 

Preparation / Directions:

FOR THE CRUST: Preheat oven to 450F. Combine ingredients and press into bottom of 9" Springform pan. FOR THE FILLING: Cream the cheese with sugar, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add Eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in Chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour over crust. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 250F and continue baking for 45-50 minutes. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill before serving.
