Preparation / Directions:
Place butter in a 9 inch round baking dish. Microwave at high (100%) until
melted, 30 to 45 seconds Pour honey over melted butter. Drain pineapple
slices, and arrange in honey mixture.
Place biscuit mix, sugar, oil, egg and 1/3 cup milk in a medium size bowl.
Beat until ingredients are well blended. Add remaining milk, orange peel
and vanilla. Beat until just blended. Spoon over pineapple. Cover with wax
paper. Microwave at medium high (70%) 5 minutes. Remove wax paper.
Microwave at high (100%) until wooden pick comes out clean, 4 to 5 minutes.
Let stand 4 to 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate.
