2 quarts popped jolly time pop corn
1/2 cup chopped dried pineapple
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 package vanilla flavored baking chips (white chocolate) -- 12oz

Preparation / Directions:

Combine popped pop corn, pineapple and coconut in large bowl. Place baking chips in 1 quart glass measuring cup. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, or until shiny; stir to melt completely. Spoon over pop corn mixture and mix well. Drop by tablespoonsful onto wax paper lined pan or place in mini cupcake liners. Cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen.
