4 cups fresh tangerine juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Preparation / Directions:

combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir to dissolve sugar remove from heat, cool chill for 1-2 hours process until firm serve at once or store in freezer
